At Epic Pokémon Cards, we take pride in offering authentic and high-quality Pokémon cards and collectibles. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to make every order right. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Sealed products must remain factory sealed.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).
To request a return, contact us at info@epicpokemoncards.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of collectible items, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened booster packs or boxes
- Single cards (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Clearance or sale items
- Digital products or gift cards
- Customized or special-order items
We appreciate your understanding on this — it helps us maintain product integrity for all collectors.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or includes the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll work quickly to make it right — by issuing a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them — please contact us immediately at info@epicpokemoncards.com or call +1 (672) 284-1406. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7. How to Start a Return

- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
